Academic Habits and Skills

Preacademic and Academic skills can be difficult to learn and make a habit out of doing. Our program helps alleviate the struggle and eases your child into the school setting and expectations. Attention and attending is the first steps we plan to teach in order for the child to have a better grasp at actively participating and paying attention to the information given. We mix verbal positive reinforcers such as objects that would motivate the child in order for the to learn to sit for long periods of time and engage in the material at hand.

We teach your child how to follow 1-2-3 step instructions, comply with tasks, engage in tasks, writing, reading, drawing, coloring among others, and many other habits and skills.
